As a Data Analyst, he became proficient in Power BI, creating reports that saved millions of dollars by identifying lost revenue and designing a forecasting dashboard for sales commissions. His role as a Service Desk Analyst provided him with firsthand knowledge of customer service and the nuances of user terminology, enhancing his ability to manage end-user expectations and document process flows.
