With a unique perspective and exceptional problem-solving skills, Max has been essential in bridging the gap between design and development to create outstanding user experiences and innovative solutions. His commitment to ethical business practices and creative excellence has significantly contributed to td’s reputation in the industry.

Under Max’s leadership, td has achieved remarkable milestones, supporting clients through challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic and exemplifying its core values of People, Planet, and Technology. Max’s expertise lies in combining design and functionality with business goals to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. His problem-solving skills and unique perspective as an individual on the spectrum fuel his commitment to excellence.

Max’s career spans notable collaborations with top-tier brands. At Apple, he rolled out internal training across the UK’s flagship stores. As a consultant at Ogilvy, he worked on user behaviour and integrating new tech into client projects. Leading a development team for CBRE, Max developed a centralised framework to manage and deploy dozens of websites. For LexisNexis, he designed a pioneering telematics app, and with Kings College London & OSLR, he prototyped a system to streamline doctor training in the NHS.

Max’s vision extends beyond professional achievements. He is a devoted family man, sharing his passion for adventure with his wife and three children, often engaging in climbing and hiking together. For fun, he enjoys climbing and playing squash, finding solace and fulfilment in the strategic qualities of these activities. Max believes in embracing mistakes as learning opportunities, a philosophy he instils in his children, encouraging them to explore the world with confidence and curiosity.
